Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase at kerby.ch!
We offer the option to exchange the size or receive a refund within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, no exchange or refund will be offered.
Eligibility for exchanges and refunds (Hygiene and Condition):
* For hygiene reasons, the swimsuit must be completely new, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
* It must retain all original tags and the hygienic liner intact.
* The item must be in its original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Only regular-priced items can be refunded; items on sale or clearance cannot be refunded.
Exempt Goods
The following goods are exempt from refunds:
* Some health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Delayed or missing refunds
* If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
* If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
Size Exchanges (if applicable)
At Kerby, we craft our garments by hand with the diversity of real bodies in mind. That’s why we sell tops and bottoms separately, with individual pricing. This allows you to choose the exact combination that fits you best (for example, if you are one size for your bust and a different one for your hips).
As we use a personalized system, we ask that you accurately select the correct size for each garment rather than guessing. Size exchanges are only possible if the product is brand new, with hygiene liners intact, and subject to the availability of the same fabric in our workshop. Please contact us with any questions before making your purchase.
Shipping
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return or send the item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It must be sent to the following address: Via Sorengo, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland.
